Can I make changes to my order?
Due to the fast-paced nature of online retail, we may not be able to cancel or make any amendments to any online order before it is dispatched. Amendments may include but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address
- Full order cancellations
To avoid any delivery-related issues, please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
You can only request a cancellation or amendment within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, your order will begin processing at our warehouse.
If you need to make a change of address or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it please access our orders portal here using the same email used to place your order. Click on the order you would like to amend and follow the relevant prompts to make any changes. If it is beyond the 1 hour time frame you will not be able to make any changes to the order.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Thanks for your patience! Our warehouse team operates Monday - Friday and is closed on public holidays. While we aim to ship most orders on the following business day, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.
For orders placed during a sale period or public holidays, please allow an additional time period for our team to catch up on the high volume of orders.
How do I return an item from an online order?
If you simply changed your mind and would like to return an item for a refund, please submit a return request by following the guide here.
Why was I charged a shipping fee when my order is over $100?
If a shipping fee was applied at checkout, it may be because your order includes a bulky item which is not eligible for free shipping, or a discount coupon was used, bringing the total below the $100 free shipping threshold.
Can I have my furniture delivered on a specific date and time?
At this stage we're unable to offer the option to choose your preferred delivery date and time. All furniture orders are dispatched within 3 business days, and aim to be delivered within one week with Authority to Leave (no signature required). Delivery times will vary depending on your location. If you have specific delivery instructions, please contact us prior to purchasing to discuss.
