Authentic Japanese flavour

These are stock packets that simply need to be boiled in hot water to make authentic dashi stock. Dashi Stock has a rich, savory, and complex umami taste, often described as having an "essence of the sea" which can be used in a lot of Japanese dishes.

Expiry: Printed on package (YY/MM/DD)

Caution: Fish bones may remain. Use the dashi pack without opening it.

Contains: Fish.

How to make:
1. Bring 400ml of water to a boil and add one dashi packet (unopened).
2. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, remove the dashi packet, and enjoy approximately 300ml of freshly made dashi stock.
