- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from anything that can catch fire
- Keep away from children and pets
- Do not move a burning candle
- Trim your wick to 5mm to prevent high flames and to reduce smoking or sooting.
- Burn regular candles for 1.5 - 2 hours at a time – burning for too long can cause the wick to move or slant.
- Make sure you stop burning your candle when there is 10mm of wax at the bottom.
- Clean your glass vessel when you’ve finished with the candle – pop it in the freezer for a few hours and the remaining wax should chip away, any remaining residue should come off with warm, soapy water
