One serving of rice that just needs to be heated to be ready to eat. This rice blend combines the delicious texture of germinated brown rice and pressed barley with ancient red and black rice. The more you chew, the richer the flavor becomes.

To heat in boiling water:
1. Do not peel off the film. Place the package in boiling water and heat for about 15 mins.

To heat in microwave:
1. Peel back the film to the dotted line and heat. (Approx. 2 mins at 500W-6--W, 1 min at 1000W.)
