●Only the body is microwave-safe. Remove the lid and cup before heating in the microwave.
●Do not bring close to heat sources, such as a heater or stove.
●Do not use in a freezer. Otherwise, this may cause deformation or damage.
●Wait until the food cools down before closing the lid. Otherwise, the lid may become deformed.
●Do not tip the product over onto its side or place it sideways. Doing so may cause the liquid inside to leak, as the lid is not completely airtight.
●Liquid can be placed in the cup attached to the lid for carrying. However, make sure to put the lid on the cup. Otherwise, the liquid may leak.
●Do not place liquid in the body when carrying. Doing so may cause leakage.
●Make sure to thoroughly drain the moisture from the food before putting it in the product. Note that placing watery food in it may cause leakage.
●Depending on the food, smell and/or colour may transfer.
●Wash the body with a soft sponge and diluted neutral detergent.
●When the body is heavily stained, soak it in a peroxide bleach diluted with lukewarm water. When using a bleach, follow the directions and the amount indicated on the product.
●Do not sterilize in boiling water. Doing so may cause deformation, cracks, cloudiness and/or discolouration.
