Baumkuchen - Cultured Butter (80g)

A traditional German layered cake, that's now a favourite in Japan. The name Baumkuchen (tree cake) is inspired by the tree ring-like layers inside the cake. During the baking process, the dough is hooked onto a heated spindle and slowly rotated to ensure it bakes evenly and is then repeated multiple times to build up the layers that make up the Baumkuchen.

This Baumkuchen is made with cultured butter that is rich and aromatic with a deep, roasted flavor giving a full-bodied taste. It can be enjoyed straight from the packet or sliced to share with friends.
