How To Use

A soup made with fragrant Japanese rapeseed blossoms and bamboo shoots. Added sakura shrimp, bonito and kombu seaweed create a well-rounded and flavourful dish.

Contains 4 servings.

Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving color, flavor and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.

Bamboo Shoot (30%), Rapeseed
Blossom, Reduced Sugar Syrup, Water, Salt,
Soy Sauce (contains Wheat), Potato Starch,
Kelp Seaweed, Shrimp (3.2%), Sugar, Dextrin,
Fish Sauce Extract (contains Fish), Dried
Bonito Powder (Fish), Shitake Mushroom
Extract, Spices

How to make:
1. Put the soup cube into a bowl/cup and add 160 mL of hot water.
2. Let sit for 1 minute and stir in between to mix.
