4 tbsp Condensed Milk
100ml Milk
1 pc Egg
1 pc Banana Baumkuchen
10g Butter
To serve:
Icing Sugar
Maple Syrup
Mint Leaf

Baumkuchen - Banana (110g)
A German-origin layered cake, that's now a Japanese favourite. Made with banana puree that lends to the moist and soft texture of the cake for a sweet, natural flavour.
Cooking Instructions
1. Add the condensed milk, milk and egg into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Cut the Banana Baumkuchen into 4 evenly sized pieces. Put the sliced Banana Baumkuchen into a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600w microwave for 30 seconds. Flip the pieces over and heat for another 30 seconds.
3. Dip the Banana Baumkuchen pieces into the egg mixture.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the Banana Baumkuchen dipped in the egg mixture and fry until both sides turn golden brown.
5. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and maple syrup, decorate with a mint leaf, and enjoy.
