A rice seasoning kit that combines fatty salmon belly with flavorful maitake mushrooms with a kelp-based dashi stock to create a rich and fragrant rice mix. Includes 1 Dashi broth pack and 1 Rice Kit Mix to flavour 2 cups of rice.

Rice Kit Mix (Water, Boiled Maitake Mushrooms (24%) (Maitake Mushrooms, Salt, Acid (330), Antioxidant (300), Water), Atlantic Salmon (21%) (Fish), Cassava Starch, Soy Sauce (Contains Soy, Wheat), Soybean Oil, Refined Sake Vinegar (Contains Wheat), Dashi Broth (Water, Soy Sauce (Defatted Soybeans, Salt, Wheat, Water), Sugar, Salt, Kelp Extract, Yeast Extract)

1. Rinse 2 cups of rice and add the Dashi broth pack.
2. Add 2 cups of water (or follow rice cooker's water level for 2 cups) and mix.
3. Add the Rice Kit Mix with liquid, spread evenly without stirring.
4. Let rice cook and stand for 5-10 minutes.
5. Mix and enjoy.
