A savoury brown rice porridge with the added refreshing flavour of plum vinegar and nori seaweed mixed with hearty scallops. A great way to enjoy a nutritious and warming instant meal.

Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving color, flavor and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.

(Molluscs), Plum Vinegar (Plums, Salt),
Dextrin, Potato Starch, Fish Sauce Extract
(contains Fish, Molluscs), Processed Brown
Tea, Salt, Bonito Stock (contains Fish), Soy
Sauce (Soybean, Wheat Salt), Dried Kelp
Seaweed (0.7%), Green Perilla Mint, Yeast
Extract, Dried Bonito Powder (contains Fish),

How to make:
1. Put the porridge cube into a bowl/cup and add 160 mL of hot water.
2. Let sit for 1 minute and stir in between to mix.
