A rice seasoning kit that combines scallop adductor muscle and shredded kelp with plenty of fragrant dashi stock to create a rich and fragrant rice mix. Includes 1 Dashi broth pack and 1 Rice Kit Mix to flavour 2 cups of rice.

Rice (40%), Scallops (26.4%) (Molluscs), Plum Vinegar (Plums, Salt), Dextrin, Potato Starch, Fish Sauce Extract (contains Fish, Molluscs), Processed Brown Tea, Salt, Bonito Stock (contains Fish), Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat Salt), Dried Kelp Seaweed (0.7%), Green Perilla Mint, Yeast Extract, Dried Bonito Powder (contains Fish), Toasted Sesame Seeds, Sugar

Contains: Soy, Wheat, Gluten, Fish, Molluscs, Sesame.

1. Rinse 2 cups of rice and add the Dashi broth pack.
2. Add 2 cups of water (or follow rice cooker's water level for 2 cups) and mix.
3. Add the Rice Kit Mix with liquid, spread evenly without stirring.
4. Let rice cook and stand for 5-10 minutes.
5. Mix and enjoy.
